CDL-A Flex Driver | $1,500–$1,700+/Week | $1,250 Guaranteed

Earn a guaranteed $1,250 per week with the opportunity to earn $1,500–$1,700+ by taking on additional work.

We're hiring CDL-A Flex Drivers in Sparks, NV for a full-time driving opportunity offering consistent work, weekly pay, late-model equipment, and flexibility to choose whether you want to work a 5th or 6th day.

The Flex Driver Opportunity

As a Flex Driver, you'll provide coverage across dedicated routes based on operational needs.

You may drive different dedicated routes throughout the week, giving you variety while maintaining consistent full-time work and guaranteed weekly pay .

Pay & Schedule

Guaranteed: $1,250 per week

Drivers can earn $1,500–$1,700+ per week by taking on additional work.

5-day work schedule
Optional 6th day for additional pay
Weekly pay
Additional earning opportunities based on assigned routes and workload
$300 quarterly safety bonus

You choose whether you want the additional 6th day.

Equipment

You'll operate 2025 Freightliner Cascadia sleeper trucks with both manual and automatic transmission options.

Our equipment is late-model and well maintained so you can focus on what matters: driving safely and getting the job done.
