Overview Workday HCM Trainer/ Training Specialist Responsibilities Deliver training through multiple methods including in-person, online, virtual, multimedia, etc. Program management and administration: organization, managing details, keeping multiple tasks/projects on track. Aptitude for learning and using technology for training design and data analysis. Qualifications Experience using Workday Core HCM, Compensation, Talent Optimization (Management) or other Workday module within an HR department as an administrator. HRIS systems training experience. Experience delivering training through multiple methods of delivery including in-person, online, virtual, multimedia, etc. Good communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively and credibly both verbally and in writing with audiences at all levels. Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
