Key Responsibilities\n

The LCSW will perform a variety of critical functions that include but are not limited to:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments that identify clients’ social, emotional, and environmental challenges to inform effective interventions.

• Developing personalized service plans that incorporate measurable goals, interventions, and continuous progress monitoring.
\n
• Providing empathetic counseling to individuals and families, addressing issues such as grief, trauma, domestic violence, and substance use.
\n
• Engaging actively with clients to develop adaptive coping strategies and connect them with pertinent community resources that facilitate improved outcomes.

• Implementing crisis intervention strategies, conducting risk assessments, and devising safety plans for clients in acute distress.
\n
• Collaborating with community organizations to ensure multifaceted support for clients, advocating for their needs and assisting them in overcoming systemic barriers.

• Participating in community outreach initiatives that raise awareness of agency services, reinforcing our commitment to serving the community effectively.

• Attending case conferences, team meetings, and professional development training to enhance knowledge and improve service delivery practices.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Florida.

• Strong communication skills, cultural competence, and problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
