Job Description Job Opportunity: Registered NurseOur organization, a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility located in Maine, is in search of a dedicated and empathetic Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver resident-focused care.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments of residents' health and needs.
- Administer medications and provide necessary treatments.
- Develop and coordinate individualized care plans.
- Monitor and evaluate the clinical status of residents in both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care settings.
- Work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team to enhance residents' dignity, safety, and overall quality of life.
- Engage with therapists, physicians, and family members to ensure comprehensive care.
- Current RN license in the state of Maine.
- Strong commitment to providing compassionate care.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
