Dental Assistant needed in Whittier, Immediate opening. Bilingual Spanish preferred. The Dental Assistant will support a general dentistry practice and multiple dentists by providing chairside assistance, preparing patients for treatment, supporting radiographs and impressions, and delivering patient intake and education. This role also helps maintain sterilization, infection control, supplies, and an efficient clinical environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare patients for dental examinations and procedures.
- Provide chairside assistance to multiple dentists.
- Assist with radiographs and dental impressions.
- Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control standards.
- Support patient intake and provide patient education.
- Manage dental supplies and support inventory needs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Radiography certification or experience with dental radiography.
- Knowledge of instrument sterilization and infection control.
- Experience with four-handed dentistry.
- Patient education and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
