CNC Saw Operator Pay: $15.00 per hour Location: Catoosa, OK 74015 Shift: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Overtime as needed) Job Type: Temp-to-Hire Job Order #: 125226 Position Overview We are seeking an experienced CNC Saw Operator to join our production team in Catoosa, OK . This position is responsible for operating computerized saw equipment to accurately cut plywood materials while supporting daily manufacturing operations in a fast-paced environment. The ideal CNC Saw Operator has prior CNC machine experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while maintaining quality and safety standards. Required Experience & Skills • Previous CNC operating experience required (any CNC equipment) • Experience with similar computerized cutting equipment strongly preferred • Ability to read and follow computerized job instructions and production specifications • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly throughout the shift • Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic REQUIRED • Willingness to work overtime as needed Essential Duties & Responsibilities • Operate CNC saw equipment to cut plywood materials according to production requirements • Read and follow computerized job instructions to ensure accurate cuts and dimensions • Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed within operating guidelines • Inspect finished materials to verify quality and accuracy • Load and unload materials safely while maintaining production flow • Keep work area clean, organized, and free of hazards • Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements • Assist with additional production and shop duties as assigned • Report equipment issues or quality concerns to supervisors promptly Preferred Qualifications • Experience operating CNC routers, panel saws, or woodworking equipment • Manufacturing or production experience in a woodworking environment • Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills • Ability to read measurements and production documents accurately Physical Requirements • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly • Frequent standing, walking, bending, and repetitive movement throughout the shift • Ability to safely operate machinery and handle sheet materials • Comfortable performing physical work in a production environment Work Environment • Industrial manufacturing facility with woodworking equipment • Non-climate-controlled environment where temperatures vary and overhead doors are frequently open • Physically active role requiring constant standing and walking • Exposure to machinery, dust, and production noise • PPE required while working on the production floor Why You'll Want This Opportunity • Stable Monday-Friday schedule with overtime opportunities • Great opportunity to utilize and expand CNC machining skills • Long-term temp-to-hire position with growth potential • Team-oriented manufacturing environment focused on quality and safety • Hands-on role with consistent production work and advancement opportunities Ready to Apply?
