Medical Social Worker (MSW)

PurposeCare and its affiliate companies are looking for a qualified, dependable, honest, reliable, Medical Social Worker (MSW) to support the needs of our clients.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Assessment of psychological, emotional and/or economic factors affecting patient's limitations and potential for a lack of improvement
Collaborates with the physician and other members of the health team to develop a Plan of Care
Master's Degree in Social Work is required
At least 1 year of social work experience in the healthcare field preferred
Comply with all aspects of the company's compliance and HIPPA regulations
Must possess a valid driver's license
