Communicate Project Status Updates, Challenges, and Successes Perform Problem Solving Efforts When Required Identify and Track Extra Work Performed Identifying and Track Re-Work Performed Obtain Safety Certifications as Required (NCCER, OSHA, Forklift, Rigging, Etc.) Maintain Stormwater Best Management Practices Obtain Installation Certifications as Required Management Ensure Site Safety Conditions are Acceptable Ensure Quality of Work Installed by Crew Members is Acceptable Ensure Production Rate of Work Installed by Crew Members is Acceptable Manage Morale of Crew Members Provide Training and Mentorship to Crew Members Document Crew Member Underperformance or Misbehavior Inventory and Maintain Company Owned Tools and Equipment Job Qualifications Minimum of five (5) years of experience in commercial concrete Gang form experience is a plus. Experience leading and managing concrete crews Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications Ability to solve problems in a fast-paced environment Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written Ability to utilize software on PC and tablet (Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, Etc.) Ability to train others in a variety of skill sets Ability to provide their own safety footwear and hand tools Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Out-of-town job assignments require temporary relocations from job assignment to job assignment. Pay Pay range for this position is $38.00-42.00 per hour.
