Job Title: Equipment Operator

Pay Rate: $19.00/hr

Location: Plainfield, IN

About the Role

We're hiring Equipment Operators to support warehouse operations in a fast paced distribution environment. In this role, you'll operate powered industrial trucks (PIT) to move inventory safely and efficiently while assisting with general warehouse duties as needed. This is a great opportunity for experienced equipment operators looking to join a leading logistics provider with a clean, team oriented work environment.

What You'll Do

• Operate powered industrial trucks safely and efficiently
• Operate stand up forklifts, reach trucks, high order pickers, and swing reach (turret) equipment
• Stock, put away, and replenish inventory throughout the warehouse
• Perform full case picking and prepare products for shipping
• Support shipping, receiving, and general warehouse operations
• Maintain inventory accuracy and follow warehouse safety procedures
• Complete additional warehouse duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

• Previous forklift or PIT equipment experience required
• Experience operating stand up forklifts, reach trucks, high order pickers, or swing reach equipment preferred
• High school diploma or GED required
• Basic English communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical warehouse work throughout the shift
• Composite toe shoes required
• Availability to work overtime as needed
