Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery (L&D)

Job Description
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for its Labor & Delivery department. The RN will provide compassionate nursing care to mothers and newborns, monitor patients throughout labor and delivery, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure safe, quality patient care.
Responsibilities
- Assess patients and develop individualized nursing care plans.
- Monitor mothers during labor, delivery, and postpartum care.
- Document patient assessments, treatments, and progress.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Educate patients and families about care and recovery.
- Follow hospital policies and patient safety standards.
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000 for eligible candidates
Requirements
- Nursing diploma or degree from an approved nursing program.
- Active Oklahoma RN license or valid multistate RN license.
- Labor & Delivery experience preferred.
- Candidates with 2+ years of hospital nursing experience in another acute-care specialty may also be considered.
- Strong communication, organizational, and patient-care skills.
