LA BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) This full‑time Clinical Supervisor position is located in Los Angeles and is responsible for supervising and managing Case Managers of Creative Solutions for Hope (CSH). The role requires strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis, supervision, and client service excellence. Responsibilities Supervise, train, and mentor Case Managers in behavior support planning, data collection, and client progress. Conduct case reviews, SOAP notes, and data monitoring in the electronic data collection system (Catalyst). Oversee clinical oversight, including direct client interactions and indirect supervisory support, to meet a minimum of 70% direct billable hours. Coordinate and model parent consultation sessions, providing guidance and follow‑up communication with parents and staff. Prepare progress reports, behavioral support plans, and assessment tools, ensuring accuracy and timely submission to funding sources. Implement and maintain policies and protocols, including HIPAA compliance, billing expectations, and agency standards. Deliver RBT training, orientation, and clinical workshops as needed. Maintain internal communication, responding to emails and messages within 24 business hours and documenting staff concerns. Manage scheduling, staff recognition, and administrative tasks such as source documentation and billable hour tracking. Qualifications BCBA certification, completed the 8‑hour BCBA supervision course per the BACB. Minimum two years of supervisory or management experience leading a team. CPR and BLS certification, current and valid. Experience with the Catalyst electronic data collection system and Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Valid California driver’s license and reliable vehicle, with auto insurance on the policy name as the owner. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to provide clear, constructive feedback. Ability to perform required physical tasks: sitting, standing, kneeling, walking, bending, twisting, and writing. Must be able to work weekends as needed and travel to regional locations, including quarterly meetings at CSH headquarters in Costa Mesa. Education and Certifications Master’s degree in psychology or a related field. Completed CAQH and insurance credentialing applications and modules. Pass TB test and background check.
