Kirlin Way Mechanical is one of the nation’s largest and most experienced mechanical contractors, specializing in commercial air conditioning, plumbing, piping, and the maintenance of these systems. Our services span the Southeast, with offices in Houston, San Antonio, Austin, Dallas, Tulsa, Orlando, Nashville, Charlotte, Raleigh, and Charleston. We are seeking an HVAC Service Branch Manager in Orlando to join our team!

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Manage and oversee branch personnel, supervise branch operations, and ensure efficient operation on a day-to-day basis
• Lead by example and inspire others to perform to their highest potential, always maintaining a professional appearance
• Improve productivity and streamline branch activities to maximize results and achieve peak performance levels
• Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities
• Continuously recruit and collaborate with Sales, Account Managers and Service Managers to meet branch objectives
• Meet annual goals and metrics through your team
• Bring out the best of branch’s personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation
• Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities
• Share knowledge with other branches and headquarters on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities and needs
• Adhere to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations/applicable laws
• Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated ability as a highly motivated individual to create and execute action plans that drive business improvement
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, self-starter, self-motivated, sense of urgency, personable, well organized, ability to achieve goals, ability to focus and pay attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and to meet deadlines.
• Must have demonstrated knowledge and ability for using basic leadership skills to effectively engage and manage a staff
