Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Respiratory Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and administer respiratory care procedures to patients in Pediatric and Neonatal ICUs.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Provide emergency respiratory therapy support in Pediatric Emergency Departments.
• Perform diagnostic tests and assess patient response to therapy.
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records and documentation.
• Float to different units as required, ensuring continuous patient care delivery.

Qualifications

• Associate of Applied Science (AAS) in Cardiopulmonary.
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with 5 years of experience.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in Pediatric and Neonatal ICU settings.
• Minimum 1 year's experience in Pediatric Emergency and Trauma care.
• Valid ACLS, BLS, PALS, and NRP certifications required.
• Prior travel assignment experience mandatory.
