In this role, you will support clinical teams, assist patients and families, and help create a calm, seamless experience at every touchpoint. What You’ll Do Partner with nurses and clinical staff to manage and fulfill non-clinical requests through our client’s custom app. Provide thoughtful, responsive support to patients, families, and visitors. Balance empathy with efficiency in a dynamic, fast-paced hospital setting. Contribute to a culture that blends warmth, professionalism, and high-touch service. Serve as a trusted resource, helping ensure every interaction feels supportive and personalized. What We’re Looking For Experience in hospitality, guest services, or other customer-facing roles. An interest in healthcare and a willingness to learn in a clinical environment. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
