Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pmWhat You'll Be Doing

• Install residential HVAC systems, including ductwork, condensers, air handlers, and controls
• Fabricate and install sheet metal ductwork as needed
• Perform soldering and brazing on copper line sets and HVAC connections
• Complete installations according to manufacturer specifications and local building codes
• Maintain clean job sites and company vehicles
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and provide excellent customer service
• Complete installation paperwork, checklists, and required documentation

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
• EPA certification required
• Experience with soldering and sheet metal fabrication
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics, crawlspaces, and various weather conditions
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
• Reliable, detail-oriented team player with a strong work ethic

Preferred Qualifications

• NATE Certification (preferred)
• OSHA or other safety certifications (preferred)
