Substitute Paraprofessional

Position: Under the direct supervision of a certified staff member, assist certified professional staff with students in the classroom to meet instructional goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Successful completion of 60 college level credits preferred but not required.
• Prior experience working with special needs children desirable.

In addition to Board of Education approval and the completion of required documentation, see below for requirements to be a substitute at Franklin Borough School:

• Complete Criminal History Review with the Office of Student Protection.
• Provide documentation of Mantoux test with date and results.

Compensation: $110 per day, not benefit eligible.
