Key Responsibilities Load and unload rental equipment, materials, and scaffolding safely and efficiently. Clean equipment after rental return and prepare units for the next customer. Maintain a clean, organized yard and work area, including trash removal and general facility upkeep. Inspect returning equipment and immediately report any damage or missing parts to the shop foreman or Inside Sales Manager. Assist customers on the yard with professionalism and safe handling practices. Follow all company safety procedures and use required PPE. Perform additional yard support duties as assigned. Qualifications Ability to safely operate yard and loading equipment (training provided). Ability to lift 50–75 lbs as needed. Basic communication and customer service skills.
