HOUSEKEEPER (Virginia Beach, VA)

In this role, the housekeeper position fully supports the Maintenance team and is responsible for the daily cleaning of the leasing office and fitness center, as well as a weekly schedule to clean all breezeways, entry hallways, laundry rooms, and light globes. This housekeeper is also responsible for touch‑up cleaning on apartment turn overs and may assist in the preparation of vacant apartments. Primary Duties include but are not limited to: Reports directly to the Service Manager. Ensuring the cleanliness of building entrances. Helping to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of common areas and property amenities. Supervisory Responsibilities – None Knowledge and Skills: Maintenance experience is not needed but is helpful. Willingness to work. Interaction With Other Employees and The Public: Must be able to interact courteously and professionally with the public and other employees. Physical Demands: This is an onsite position. Lifting roughly 20-25 lbs. Walking, climbing, and bending.
