TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Interventional Radiology RN in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, 03801!

Job Title: Interventional Radiology RN Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Radiology Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 07:30 - 16:00 Hours per Shift: 36 Experience: Minimum 2 years License: RN License Required Certifications: ACLS & BLS Must-Have: Experience in Procedural Departments, Critical Care, Emergency Department, ICU. Experience with Moderate Sedation. Candidates must live within a 30-minute radius of the facility. Description: This position is for an Interventional Radiology RN. The unit consists of 2 IR suites, 1 holding area, and 1 CT procedure room. The nursing staff includes 5 nurses and 5 techs. Equipment includes Philips Bi-Plane, Phillips Single Plane, and GE Monitoring. The EMR system used is Expanse. Typical procedures performed include angiograms, cerebral coiling, biopsies, and neuro interventions. Additional procedures include carotid stenting, embolectomy, thrombectomy, and renal microwave ablations. Candidates must be able to work independently and efficiently in a nursing role. Collaboration within a team is essential. Availability for weekends and on-call shifts is required based on departmental needs. Flexibility to pick up extra call shifts is preferred.
