Caregiver Position at Senior Helpers of Grand Rapids

Location: Grand Rapids, MI, and Surrounding Metro Area Pay: $16 to $19/hr Schedule: Flexible, part time, days and evenings Start: Immediate openings

Our office is owned and operated by a Doctor of Physical Therapy who has spent real time in clients' homes, not just in a boardroom. That clinical background shapes how we operate every day. We do not just schedule shifts and hope for the best, we actively manage care, which means real oversight, real communication, and a team that catches problems before they become emergencies. Because our leadership understands firsthand what it is like to be the person providing hands on care, we built this agency to genuinely support our caregivers, not just supervise them. What We Offer

• Weekly pay every Friday
• $16$19/hr based on experience and certifications
• CNAs and caregivers with home care or facility experience start toward the top of the range
• New to the field? We'll train you and invest in your development from day one
• Flexible scheduling that works around your life
• Days, evenings, and overnight shifts available, with room to build your hours as we grow

What You'll Do

• Work one on one with older adults in their own homes
• Help with personal care and daily routines
• Light housekeeping and meal prep
• Companionship and meaningful conversation
• Transportation to appointments and errands
• Document care through our easy to use mobile app

Who We're Looking For

• CNAs and professional caregivers with experience in home care, assisted living, memory care, or skilled nursing strongly encouraged to apply
• Never worked in home care before? If you're compassionate, reliable, and enjoy spending time with older adults, we want to talk to you
• Paid training provided, we set you up for success from your first shift
• Show up when you say you will, communicate openly, treat every client with dignity and respect
