Job Title: Concrete Laborer Job Description

We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Concrete Laborers. This role requires experience in production or heavy manufacturing, as well as general labor or construction experience. The ideal candidate will be comfortable using hand tools and power tools, and experience with physical cement pouring and stripping work is a plus.

• General cleanup and cleaning duties.
• Placing strand and concrete.
• Lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Engaging in additional functions as needed to manufacture large precast construction components.
• Labeling and monitoring equipment/tools.
• Assisting other crews as required.
• Performing tasks involving bending, lifting, twisting, and walking for up to 12 hours.

• Experience with power and hand tools.
• Production or heavy manufacturing experience.
• General labor or construction experience.

• No GED or diploma required.
• 0-2 years of manufacturing or production experience.
• Willingness to work overtime (45-60 hours a week).

This position offers the opportunity for quick progression into roles such as Crane Operator or Crew Lead. The work environment can be demanding, involving tough physical tasks either outside in the yard or inside the plant. Expect varying weather conditions, with cold winters and hot, muggy summers. Close-toed shoes are required, but no steel toes, and no jewelry is allowed.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cressona, PA.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.75/hr.
