Behavior Technician (BT)

SPG Therapy & Education is currently hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for school-based positions for the 2026-2027 school year. Salary: $27.00 - $32.00 per hour (starting at $25 for BTs), depending on experience and education. Responsibilities Implement Behavior Intervention Plans Work with students using ABA to manage challenging behaviors and increase skill acquisition Collect data Support teachers and staff with managing challenging behaviors WHY CHOOSE US? Driving is a key requirement for this position to effectively carry out the responsibilities of the role. As such, a valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance may be required, particularly in situations where alternate modes of transportation are either unavailable or not deemed reasonable.
