Section Leader - 1st Shift

As Business Unit Automotive Solutions & Lamps we support our vision and strategy by expanding our leading position in the automotive lighting market in OEM and Aftermarket. We are in a global leadership position in the automotive lamps business in traditional and LED applications and offer industry leading products in LED lighting to global OEM customers (e.g. with exchangeable LED light sources). We also tackle new growth opportunities in the Aftermarket with our automotive care and equipment portfolio. Responsibilities Trains, instructs, oversees and relieves associates whenever needed. Ensures compliance with Plant Safety practices and quality. Trouble shoots daily operations to resolve problems. Encourages teamwork among work groups and communicates effectively. Works to achieve continuous improvements and updates work instructions. Maintains cycle counts and SAP records. Working Hours and Compensation 1st shift Section 6:30am-3pm Pay Rate: $18.50/hour $0.50 / hour raise after 6-month successful review Qualifications High School graduate or equivalent required Preferred experience in a leadership role Must be able to fulfill the physical requirements of the job Must be well organized, detail oriented, and time oriented ams OSRAM is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
