Renata's Server Assistant (Full-Time) - Arizona Biltmore

About the Position The Server Assistant supports the service team at Arizona Biltmore by assisting servers, bussing and resetting tables, greeting guests with water service, and ensuring the dining room and patio are clean, organized, and set for service. This role helps maintain a smooth flow of service while delivering a warm and attentive guest experience. Responsibilities Set and prepare tables for dining, including folding napkins, cleaning and placing tableware, serving water, etc. Ensure tableware is in good working condition and report any defects for repair. Stock, maintain and clean designated food stations. Assist Server with table service, including serving beverages, breads, etc. Retrieve and transport dirty tableware to dishwashing area. Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner. Follow all policies and procedures of the hotel and department. Complete all sidework and assist with other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications Prior food and beverage experience (preferred). Prior customer service experience (preferred). Prior luxury / upscale dining experience (preferred). Maricopa Food Handlers Card.
