What You Will Do

• Engage with candidates to present MLR opportunities and gauge their interest
• Coordinate appointments for candidates with our recruiters for comprehensive screening
• Follow up with leads to cultivate interest and assist them throughout their hiring process
• Accurately maintain records in our applicant tracking system
• Earn commission based on the appointments you set, interviews conducted, and hires achieved from your outreach
