Job Summary:
This Surgical Tech position involves assisting in various surgical procedures within a hospital setting. The role requires healthcare professionals to support surgical teams during operations and ensure a sterile environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare operating rooms by setting up sterile instruments and supplies.
• Assist surgical teams during procedures by passing instruments and maintaining sterile techniques.
• Monitor and document patient vital signs and equipment functioning during surgery.
• Help with room turnover, cleaning, and restocking supplies after each procedure.
• Support patient positioning and safety before and during surgeries.
• Adhere to surgical protocols and safety standards to minimize infection risks.

Qualifications:

• Hold a minimum of 1 year of experience as a Surgical Technologist.
• Possess an active PA or Compact State license.
• Maintain current certifications, including CST (Certified Surgical Technologist).
• Demonstrate proficiency with sterile techniques and surgical instrumentation.
• Be willing to float to sister facilities within a 10-mile radius if needed.
• Complete required onboarding modules and compliance documentation prior to start date.
