Lead Maintenance Operations with NOVO Health Services – Miami Gardens, FL At NOVO Health Services, we deliver innovative linen management solutions to the healthcare industry with a strong focus on safety, infection control, and operational excellence. Our HLAC-accredited facilities utilize state-of-the-art processing equipment and advanced systems to support healthcare partners nationwide. We are currently seeking an experienced and driven Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance operations at our Miami facility. In this key leadership role, you will oversee the reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of all facility equipment and systems while leading a skilled maintenance team in a fast-paced industrial environment. Responsibilities Lead all maintenance operations, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, boiler, and building systems Develop and manage preventive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime Troubleshoot and resolve complex equipment issues while driving root cause analysis initiatives Manage maintenance projects, contractors, budgets, and timelines Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and operational best practices Mentor, develop, and lead a high-performing maintenance and engineering team Drive operational efficiency through data analysis and continuous improvement initiatives Qualifications Minimum 5 years of Maintenance Manager or senior maintenance leadership experience REQUIRED: Experience in large industrial laundry operations Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, boiler, and facility systems Proven leadership, project management, and troubleshooting experience Healthcare or laundry industry experience strongly preferred Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field preferred Benefits 401(k) with Employer Match HSA & FSA Options Long-Term Disability Coverage Career growth and advancement opportunities At NOVO Health Services, we are committed to creating a safe, positive, and growth-oriented workplace where associates can thrive and build rewarding careers.
