Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Studio Manager role located in Rockwall, TX. As a Studio Manager, you will oversee day-to-day studio operations, ensuring efficient scheduling, a positive member experience, and smooth class execution. Responsibilities include managing, motivating, and training the coaching team, recruiting new members, driving sales, building community relationships, and maintaining a clean, organized facility. You will play a key role in delivering an exceptional fitness experience for members while achieving performance and revenue goals. Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills to engage with clients and team members effectively. Proven experience in team leadership and the ability to inspire, mentor, and manage staff. Sales and business development skills to achieve membership and revenue targets. Project management experience to plan, organize, and oversee studio operations and events. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Passion for health, fitness, and community involvement. At least 3 years of experience in fitness studio management or a related field is preferred.
