Senior Strategy Leader

Senior Strategy Leader at Purplemoon (IQVIA) develops brand positioning, commercialization strategies, and integrated communications for pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients. This senior leadership role requires translating market insights and clinical data into actionable strategies while serving as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop brand positioning, value propositions, and integrated communications strategies across product lifecycle
- Translate market research, clinical data, and competitive intelligence into actionable business recommendations
- Lead strategic planning for pre-launch, launch, and post-launch pharmaceutical and biotech brands
- Serve as trusted strategic advisor to senior client stakeholders and facilitate strategic planning sessions
- Collaborate with Account, Medical, Creative, Analytics, and Consulting teams to ensure strategic alignment and execution
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Communications, or Healthcare Administration
- 10+ years experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare consulting, or healthcare communications
- Extensive brand strategy, communications planning, and product launch experience
- Strong client leadership, presentation, facilitation, and storytelling abilities
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams
- Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
