Dental Hygienist

Overview We're offering a $5k sign‑on bonus! We are looking for an enthusiastic dental hygienist who loves building and maintaining positive relationships with patients. Our team performs a variety of preventative dental procedures and educates patients on oral hygiene. From routine cleanings to oral health education, you’ll help patients achieve and maintain their best smiles. In addition to technical duties, you will teach patients appropriate oral‑hygiene techniques and offer nutrition counseling. You’ll partner with the dentist(s) to provide the best treatment and work with a dedicated dental hygiene support team for coaching and mentorship. Responsibilities Provide oral hygiene services including thorough and gentle prophylaxis, scaling, root planing, polishing restorations, and application of cavity‑preventative agents such as fluorides and sealants. Accurately chart patient dental history, assess periodontal health, record treatments, and handle patient records securely in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Provide assistance as directed by the dentist. Administer local anesthetics, where allowed by dental practice law. Qualifications A degree or certificate in hygiene from an accredited program and a valid state license. CPR/BLS certification. Excellent time‑management skills.
