Assistant Project Manager - Design Build Construction

Assistant Project Manager You'll support Project Managers and Superintendents on ground?up commercial and industrial projects and get hands?on experience across all phases of construction. Responsibilities Assist with project coordination from preconstruction through close?out Help manage subcontracts, purchase orders, and scope reviews Track RFIs, submittals, and change orders Support budget tracking, cost reporting, and schedule updates Coordinate with field teams to keep jobs organised and moving Communicate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams Learn the full project lifecycle with a clear path to Project Manager Qualifications At least one year of experience in commercial or industrial construction (GC side preferred) Experience supporting ground?up projects Familiarity with RFIs, submittals, schedules, and cost tracking Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction software Strong organisational skills and attention to detail A good attitude, willingness to learn, and accountability Benefits 3-weeks of PTO Truck Allowance Tech package $100+/month phone allowance Annual Bonus (at least 10% of base) 401k Healthcare: medical, vision, dental MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
