Clinical Manager - Flexible Clinical Support Role (Hybrid / Part-Time) Sunlight Senior Care - Lincoln, NE and Surrounding Areas The Role (Read This First) We’re hiring an Per‑Diem Clinical Manager to support a structured, proactive client monitoring system across our home care clients. This role is designed for a Clinical Manager who wants flexibility, autonomy, and clearly defined responsibilities—not shift work. Prefer a LPN, RN, CMA, CNA. Primary Responsibilities Scheduled client check‑in calls Semi‑annual in‑home assessments 30‑day calls 60‑day visits / calls Light clinical oversight and documentation Participate in weekly clinical review (up to 5 hours/week) Compensation $7.50 per completed call $35 per visit up to 1 hour $65 per completed in‑home assessment $30/hour for up to 5 hours/week of structured office/clinical review time Estimated annual earnings: $25,000-$30,000 depending on efficiency and consistency.
