Responsibilities include providing information about insurance products and services, assisting customers with policy applications and renewals, handling customer inquiries and providing timely responses, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications include excellent communication and interpersonal skills, being detail-oriented and able to multitask, experience in customer service or sales preferred, ability to work in a team environment, and being proactive in problem solving.

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs. Compensation: $48,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year.
