Attorney- General Liability Associate

THE POSITION

Goldberg Segalla has an immediate opportunity for an Associate to join our Civil Litigation and Trial practice group in Philadelphia, Baltimore or Delaware offices. Remote candidates will also be considered.

THE QUALIFICATIONS

Qualified candidates will be licensed to practice law in Delaware and have 2-4 years of experience taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing dispositive motions, and preparing for arbitrations, mediations and trial. The ideal candidate writes effectively, thinks strategically, and has practiced in one or more areas of civil litigation, such as general liability, commercial litigation, construction and/or insurance defense.

THE BENEFITS

The annualized salary range for this position is $85,000-$165,000. Actual pay may be adjusted based on experience and other job related factors permitted by law. This position also offers bonuses, and a full benefits package.
