Production Print Operator / Digital Print Associate Location: Brooklyn Park, MN Pay Rate: $20.50/hr (2nd Shift) | $20.80/hr (3rd Shift) Duration: 1-Year Contract Shift Schedules: 2nd Shift: Sunday – Wednesday | 2:30 PM – 1:00 AM 3rd Shift: Sunday – Wednesday | 10:30 PM – 9:00 AM Overtime required as needed Overview We are seeking dependable and detail‑oriented Production Print Operators to support high-volume digital printing and production operations. This role is responsible for operating digital print equipment, managing print jobs, performing quality checks, and ensuring timely production output in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Operate high-volume digital printers, copiers, and color production equipment Receive, review, and electronically log customer print jobs Perform quality inspections before, during, and after production runs Troubleshoot production issues to meet delivery and output requirements Conduct routine operator maintenance on printing equipment Maintain production logs and billing information accurately Track, organize, and store completed jobs for future customer use and file backup Support daily production workflow while meeting deadlines and quality standards Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds as needed Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Basic computer skills including keyboarding, mouse navigation, and file management Ability to send/receive emails, save documents, and perform data entry Experience using internet browsers and sending documents to network printers Basic math skills including multiplication, division, and percentages Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Professional demeanor and ability to work independently in a production environment Previous print production, copy center, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred Benefits (employee contribution) Health insurance Health savings account Dental insurance Vision insurance Flexible spending accounts Life insurance Retirement plan All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to age, race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran. #J-18808-Ljbffr
