Job Description

We are seeking a Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in welding, fabrication, and equipment repair and a proven ability to evaluate materials and perform safe, accurate, and cost-effective repairs and modifications .

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate required materials and supplies to safely fabricate, modify, and repair automotive assets and organizational equipment.
• Perform all types of welding to repair, modify, and up-fit light and heavy, on-road and off-road vehicles and equipment.
• Maintain welding materials, consumables, and shop equipment in a safe and operable condition.
• Follow safety standards, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliant operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and stick welding for steel and aluminum.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, measurements, and specifications.
• Experience with fabrication tools, cutting, grinding, and finishing.
• 3+ years of welding or equipment repair experience, or equivalent training.

Preferred Skills:

• Automotive or heavy equipment up-fit and modification experience.
• Certification in welding processes or safety programs.
