Job Title

Registered Nurse – Emergency Room

Location

Germantown, TN

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a high-acuity Emergency Room setting at a Level I Trauma Center
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for emergency and trauma patients
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver timely and effective treatment
• Participate in on-call duties and weekend rotation as needed
• Float to like units or nearby campuses as operationally required

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of recent Emergency Room nursing experience
• Level I Trauma experience required
• Active RN license in the state of Tennessee or a valid Compact (NLC) RN license — no pending licenses accepted
• Must have completed at least one prior travel assignment
• Must reside more than 100 miles from the facility (strict local traveler policy)
• Valid driver's license required at time of submission

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 3 or more years of recent Emergency Room experience
• Large hospital or high-volume facility experience
• EPIC electronic health records experience
