In this role, you take ownership of the full experience, helping coordinate timely equipment delivery, navigating insurance coverage, and ensuring each patient feels supported every step of the way. - Pay varies based on experience, skills, and location
- Serve as the first point of contact for patients arriving at the branch, creating a welcoming and supportive experience
- Answer inbound calls, provide clear information, and resolve common questions or concerns
- Partner with the branch team to identify solutions and coordinate timely equipment delivery to meet patient needs
- Work closely with the sales team, referral sources, and patients to collect required documentation, secure health plan authorizations, and ensure compliance with insurance guidelines
- Review new and existing patient accounts to help maximize health plan benefits and accelerate access to needed equipment and care
- Proactively follow up with patients to confirm satisfaction and address any outstanding needs
- Test equipment functionality as needed to ensure quality and readiness
- Contribute to overall branch success by supporting additional responsibilities as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one-year of related work experience
- English reading, writing, and speaking skills

- At least two years' experience in an office environment, healthcare setting or call center
- Experience utilizing multi-line phone-system.
- Work is performed in an office setting with exposure to moderate noise and indoor fluorescent lighting.
