Description

Shop Service Technicians work on site in our shop, interacting and communicating with Management and Service Administrators to keep customer equipment operating safely and efficiently. This is a hybrid role that includes both shop technician responsibilities and delivery driver duties, supporting equipment transport to and from customer locations as needed.

Responsibilities:
• Perform inspections, planned maintenance, and large repairs that can't be completed in the field
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues
• Maintain accurate service records and ensure safety compliance
• Transport equipment to and from customer locations in a safe and timely manner
• Assist with loading and unloading equipment for deliveries and pickups

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of mechanic experience, familiarity with LP and diesel, and is proficient with diagnosis and repair on engines and hydraulics. We also need technicians with electrical knowledge and experience.

Shop Service Technicians need to be self-motivated, self-directed, highly responsible, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication skills are needed in order to successfully interact with co-workers, managers and customers.

Reliable transportation to our shop is required. A valid driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to meet DOT requirements are required for delivery responsibilities.
