We are currently expanding our Zillow Preferred division and looking for a select group of early-career or newly licensed agents who want to build a serious, long-term business. Our goal is simple: help good people become exceptional real estate advisors while delivering an elite client experience in our market.

We have intentionally built an infrastructure that removes the guesswork from real estate, allowing our agents to gain momentum early and average 20+ transactions per year.

1. Zillow Preferred Lead Flow: Stop wondering where your next deal is coming from. As a top-tier Zillow Preferred partner, we generate consistent buyer and seller opportunities, putting you in direct conversation with high-intent consumers actively looking to move.
2. Dedicated Inbound Conversion Support: When new opportunities come in, our internal conversion team ensures leads are contacted quickly and properly routed. This protects your pipeline and increases your kept appointments.
3. Professional Media Marketing Engine: Leverage a strong brand presence without having to build it yourself. Our team produces professional listing media and consistent video-driven marketing designed to attract clients online.
4. Structured Coaching Skill Development: Training is built into our daily environment. We provide ongoing guidance in lead conversion, buyer consultations, listing appointments, contract negotiation, and pipeline management.
5. Clear Systems and Processes: We operate with documented systems that create consistency. You will know exactly how to handle new Zillow leads, follow up effectively, and manage transactions flawlessly.

We are highly selective about who joins our ecosystem. This is a professional environment built around high standards, strong character, and collaboration.

1. Early-career agents (a few deals closed) or highly driven newly licensed agents.
2. Professionals who are full-time and serious about the industry.
3. Individuals who are highly coachable, growth-oriented, and disciplined with their follow-up.
4. Agents who are comfortable using technology, CRM systems, and modern marketing.

1. Respond to inbound Zillow buyer and seller opportunities with a high sense of urgency.
2. Conduct professional buyer consultations and listing appointments.
3. Show homes and expertly advise clients through the buying and selling process.
4. Manage active transactions from contract to close using our proven checklists.
5. Build long-term, referral-based relationships within our community.

1. Active North Carolina Real Estate License: Required (or actively working toward obtaining one).
2. Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
3. Willingness to adopt our tech stack and follow proven systems.
4. Note: Prior sales experience is helpful but not required.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00 - $190,000.00+ annually (Performance Commission Based)
