Team, Leadership, and Daily Impact: The Cardiovascular Cath Lab Radiology Tech will report to a collaborative Cath Lab Manager within an empowering leadership structure that includes an experienced Clinical Educator and supportive service line directors. Surrounded by friendly nurses, interventional cardiologists, electrophysiologists, anesthesia professionals, CV technologists, and a diverse multidisciplinary team, the Cardiovascular Cath Lab Radiology Tech will operate state-of-the-art fluoroscopic imaging systems, scrub complex PCI and structural heart cases, support EP procedures, maintain rigorous radiation safety, and contribute to stellar door-to-balloon performance, all with strong onboarding, continuing education, and evidence-based practice support.
