A regional healthcare organization in the Tri-Cities area of Tennessee (Johnson City / Kingsport / Bristol region) is seeking a BC/BE Hematology/Oncology Physician to join a well-established cancer care program.

• Full-time hematology/oncology practice focused on cancer and blood disorders
\n
• Diagnose, evaluate, and manage a wide range of oncologic and hematologic conditions
\n
• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans, including chemotherapy and related therapies
\n
• Order and interpret diagnostic testing, labs, and imaging studies
\n
• Outpatient-focused practice with coordinated access to infusion services and full-spectrum oncology support
\n
• Work within a multidisciplinary care model alongside oncology nursing, pharmacy, navigation, and support services
\n
• Integrated collaboration with radiation oncology, surgery, pathology, radiology, and other specialties for comprehensive treatment planning
\n
• Participation in multidisciplinary tumor boards to guide complex case management
\n
• Strong referral network across a large regional service area with established continuity of care pathways
\n
