Step into a rewarding contract opportunity providing vital support to students as a School Psychologist. This full-time role (40 hours per week) begins as soon as possible and extends through the end of the school year, offering the chance to collaborate with a dedicated educational team and positively impact young learners.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree or higher in School Psychology from an accredited institution
  • Valid School Psychologist certification or license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Experience working with students in a school setting, K–12 preferred
  • Knowledge of assessment tools, individualized education programs (IEPs), and interventions
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills for working with educators, parents, and students
  • Understanding of multicultural, diverse populations and sensitivity to student needs
  • Ability to provide both group and individual counseling services

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological and academic assessments to identify student needs
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to develop, implement, and monitor IEPs
  • Deliver direct counseling services and social-emotional interventions
  • Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to create supportive learning environments
  • Provide crisis intervention and contribute to school-wide behavior management strategies
  • Maintain accurate records and complete all required documentation in a timely manner
  • Support students’ academic, social, and emotional development
