Apply for more details!How you will make an impact:Maintain cleanliness of the community through the operation of specialized equipmentEnsure proper handling and disposal of wasteUtilize work orders to ensure proper room/furniture setupsAssist with movement and delivery of heavy objects/packagesRemove trash including, refuse and recyclingMaintain hard floor surfaces, including scrubbing, mopping, burnishing, stripping, and waxing as well as carpeted surfaces, including extracting, interim cleaning, spotting, drying, and vacuumingWhat you will need:Previous experience in carpet care and floor finishing techniques is preferredAbility to safely operate carpet care equipment, hard floor care equipment, trash removal equipment, and any other equipment necessary for the cleanliness of the communityAbility to work independently and as a contributing team memberMay be required to maintain a valid driver's license as a condition of employment.If driving is required for role, must have valid Driver's license and a history of safe driving as noted through a Motor Vehicle Record check.Please note that specific state regulations and requirements may be applicable.
