The successful candidate will be responsible for leading capital raising efforts, driving new business, and representing the company's strategies across various investment vehicles. This role is pivotal in the Senior Leadership team, where the VP will be expected to raise capital and develop and nurture investor relationships in both existing and new markets. Key responsibilities include leading the capital raising process, driving and supporting leadership on investment stories, and refining marketing efforts. The role also involves maintaining engagement with senior management, partners, and stakeholders. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' of capital raising or institutional sales experience in real estate, private equity, or related investment alternatives. A proven track record of managing a region and raising capital with institutional investors is essential, as is a deep network of consultants, and institutional and private wealth relationships. The role requires a Bachelor's degree, with a preference for candidates holding an MBA or advanced degree in finance, real estate, or economics. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with the ability to influence and drive results, and who is adept at refining and overseeing marketing efforts.
