Job Details

We are hiring a Superintendent to lead ground-up tilt-wall projects in Dallas, TX.

This role is for a hands-on field leader who can take full ownership of the jobsite—from sitework through structure, tilt-wall erection, and final turnover.

Key Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day field operations on ground-up tilt-wall projects
Manage sitework, foundations, structural concrete, and panel erection
Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, and inspections
Read and execute plans, specs, and construction documents
Drive schedule, sequencing, and overall jobsite productivity
Enforce safety standards and maintain quality control
Run OAC meetings and communicate with PM, subs, and owners
Identify and solve field issues proactively

What We’re Looking For

Strong experience with tilt-wall construction (required)
Background in warehouse / distribution / industrial projects
Ground-up construction experience (not just TI)
Proven ability to run a job independently
Solid understanding of concrete, structure, and sequencing
4+ years of construction experience (Superintendent/Assistant Superintendent level)
Willingness to travel (project-based)
