Benefits: Bonus based on performance Competitive salary Paid time off We're Hiring: Floating Sales Associate & Personal Trainer (Full-Time | Multi-Location | ATL Fitness) Are you a high-energy, driven fitness professional who can sell, train, and market like a pro ? ATL Fitness is seeking a Floating Sales Associate & Trainer to work across multiple locations in our growing gym network (we have 10, soon to be 13 locations spread across Gwinnett, Cherokee, Hall, and Fulton counties) This is not your average gym job. We’re looking for someone who is:

• A natural closer – You can confidently sell memberships and training packages.
• A motivator – You know how to lead group fitness classes that keep people coming back.
• A coach – You can deliver one-on-one personal training sessions that drive results.
• A communicator – You're sharp on the phone, strong in texts and emails, and comfortable following up.
• A hustler – You’re willing to hit the streets and local businesses for grassroots marketing.
• A team player – You’re flexible, reliable, and comfortable floating between our locations as needed.
• Mobile – You have your own reliable car and a valid driver’s license.

This role requires flexibility. Shifts and locations will vary week to week based on business needs, so we’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, ever-changing environment. What You’ll Do: Sell memberships and training programs (in-gym & via outbound communication) Lead group fitness classes (HIIT, strength, circuit, etc.) Deliver personal training sessions Assist with outreach: street marketing, B2B drop-ins, event support Respond to leads via text, email, and phone Float between multiple ATL Fitness locations as needed Requirements: 1+ years of gym sales, fitness training, or group instruction experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Personal training or group fitness certification preferred (or willingness to obtain) Perks: Commission & bonus opportunities Use of all gym locations Flexible hours & fast-growing environment Potential for career growth into management or full-time training Ready to join the ATL Fitness crew?
