We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to define and execute the project delivery for our employee-facing AI and automation platform.

How you'll make a difference:

• Own the project lifecycle management and program execution for the ARIA platform
• Coordinate how Klaviyo employees interact with AI-powered tools that automate workflows, surface insights, and reduce manual overhead across the organization
• Build and scale employee-facing automation workflows
• Drive AI-powered integrations through cross-functional stakeholder coordination
• Partner with IT and Business Operations
• Champion AI adoption across the organization
• Establish and track project delivery metrics
• Collaborate with Security and Compliance
• Evaluate new AI vendors and platforms
• Serve as an internal project lead for AI
• Define the long-term project delivery plan

Who you are:

• 5+ years of project management experience, with a strong focus on enterprise software delivery, internal tools, or employee-facing projects
• Proven experience in project management methodologies, risk assessment, and delivery success for automation or integration projects
• Experience managing the project delivery of AI and ML capabilities, including LLM-based tools, AI assistants, or intelligent automation systems
• Demonstrated ability to partner cross-functionally with Engineering, IT, People, and Business Operations stakeholders
• Deep experience translating ambiguous operational problems into clear, actionable project requirements and budget tracking frameworks
• Expertise in project management tools and methodologies with the ability to define, measure, and communicate delivery impact
• Expertise in enterprise tool ecosystems with strong working knowledge of Slack, Workday, Jira, Salesforce, and similar platforms

Our salary range reflects the cost of labor across various U.S. geographic markets. The range displayed below reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all our US locations. The base salary offered for this position is determined by several factors, including the applicant's job-related skills, relevant experience, education or training, and work location. In addition to base salary, our total compensation package may include participation in the company's annual cash bonus plan, variable compensation (OTE) for sales and customer success roles, equity, sign-on payments, and a comprehensive range of health, welfare, and wellbeing benefits based on eligibility. Your recruiter can provide more details about the specific salary/OTE range for your preferred location during the hiring process. Base Pay Range For US Locations: $112,000–$168,000 USD. This role may require up to 10% travel for purposes such as new hire onboarding, client or partner work if applicable, team meetings, and industry events. Travel is coordinated in advance.
