It involves working at heights, handling various tools and equipment, and ensuring that all installations meet safety standards and customer specifications. Works on straight forward tasks using established procedures.**Job Description****Core Responsibilities*** Assisting in the installation of solar panel systems, including mounting panels and racking, and wiring* Using hand and power tools to install racking* Servicing the solar system as needed* Performing jobs from high places (i.e. on roofs) including climbing ladders with proper equipment and materials* Adhering to all quality and safety codes* Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.
