Lead Vital Stretch Practitioner (Lead VSP)

The Lead VSP is responsible for driving introductory and membership sales, nurturing community partnerships, and managing day‐to‐day studio operations. This is a full‐time, on‐site position reporting directly to the Franchise Owner(s). You will oversee studio performance, ensure operational excellence, and help build a thriving community around The Vital Stretch brand.

With multiple studio locations across the U.S. and expansion underway in Atlanta, we deliver a proprietary method rooted in clinical practice and developed by our founders—a Physical Therapist and a Chiropractic Physician.

The Vital Stretch Method combines dynamic movement, static holds, and press‐and‐release (PNR) stretching to provide a gentle, personalized, and highly effective assisted stretch. We’re seeking a driven, enthusiastic, and passionate individual to join our growing team.

REQUIREMENTS

The Lead VSP/Studio Manager must be able to convert first‐time clients into members, nurture client relationships, and increase retention.

• 1–2 years of fitness sales, membership sales, or equivalent experience.
• Willing to travel to the company’s home location in Connecticut for approximately one week of fully paid training upon hire.
• Will complete NASM certification in the Stretching and Flexibility Coach program as part of company‐provided training.
• Will complete Lead VSP certification through C‐Developers with full training provided by the company.
• Must have reliable transportation and be willing to commute daily to Jones Bridge Road, Johns Creek.
• Ability to drive multiple revenue streams, including introductory sessions, memberships, retail, and add‐on services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to assess situations and pivot accordingly.
• Self‐starter with the ability to independently guide clients through the sales funnel.
• Ability to identify areas of improvement and make sound, proactive decisions.
• Strong written communication and grammar skills.
• Experience managing social media accounts (Instagram and Facebook).
• Professional, punctual, and reliable.
• Experience with G‐Suite and studio software such as ClubReady strongly preferred.
• Passion for the fitness and wellness industry is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

DUTIES

• Represent The Vital Stretch at in‐studio and local events as both a Lead VSP and VSP.
• Become fully trained in the Vital Stretch Method and provide leadership and oversight to the VSP team.
• Lead generation through grassroots marketing and networking.
• Manage staff schedules.
• Assist with social media marketing.
• Maintain studio cleanliness and organization.
• Monitor studio technology and report functionality issues to the appropriate team member.
• Plan and execute local events.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with local businesses.
• Promote sales by distributing print collateral to surrounding businesses.
• Supervise Vital Stretch Practitioners (VSPs).
• Enforce policies and procedures, ensuring all required forms are completed.
• Ensure administrative supplies and branded collateral are stocked and displayed appropriately.
• Manage marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio.
• Schedule and participate in networking/community events and studio promotions.
• Collaborate with C‐Developers to set monthly, weekly, and daily targets for territory goals.
• Perform regular assisted stretches 
• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned to support studio operations and business needs 

Job Type:

Full‐time

Compensation:

25–28/hour, with potential to transition to salaried.

Additionally, gratuity and weekly/monthly bonuses based on performance and other key metrics.
